WOMANS CLASSES

Our Mixed Martial Arts Women’s class is primarily focused on personal training in a group setting. Classes exclusively for females allow these students to engage in a class where it is a safe and comfortable environment. Women are more then welcome to attend any of the other classes, but the female class allows for repeated drilling and working out with other females.

The class ranges from a large variety of work outs, ensuring that the student achieves their desired results.

The things primarily focused on in the women’s class are:

  • Weight Training
  • Cardio: Jump Roping, Sparring, Running
  • Stretching
  • Self-Defense
  • And most importantly – Fun

The warm-ups, stretches and conditioning are a mixture of Jiu Jitsu, Kick Boxing, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do and Judo drills, yoga, cross-fit and calisthenics to increase flexibility, strength, balance and coordination.
